Teen services
We love teens. And we're here for yours.
The teen years shape the brain, the heart, and the person your child is becoming. If your teen is struggling, reaching out isn't failing them. It's showing up for them. We're committed to walking with your family through this critical season and serving your teen well.
A note to parents
You know your child. Trust what you're noticing.
Maybe your teen has gone quiet. Maybe the arguments are louder, the grades are slipping, or the bedroom door stays closed. Maybe you just have a feeling that something isn't right.
You don't need all the answers before you call us. You only need to take the first step. Your teen is not too far gone, and you are not alone in this.
With you every step of the way,
The Wholeness team
Signs it may be time to reach out
- Withdrawing from family or friends
- Ongoing sadness, irritability, or anger
- Worry or panic that gets in the way of life
- Trouble focusing, or falling grades
- Changes in sleep, eating, or energy
- Losing interest in things they once loved
- Conflict at home that keeps escalating
- Talk of feeling hopeless, worthless, or numb
If your teen talks about hurting themselves or not wanting to live, call or text 988 now, or call 911 in an emergency.
Why now matters
A critical season of growth.
The teenage brain is still under construction. The right support during these years can shape how your child thinks, feels, and handles life for decades to come.
The brain's "brakes" are still being built
The prefrontal cortex, which helps with planning, impulse control, and calm decision-making, keeps maturing into the mid-twenties.
Emotions run loud for a reason
The brain's emotional centers are especially active in the teen years. Strong feelings are normal, and teens can learn skills to handle them.
Help now can change the path ahead
A growing brain is adaptable. Care in these years can build healthy patterns, resilience, and confidence that last into adulthood.
Care options for teens
Support for your teen's brain, mind, and spirit.
Every teen is different. We'll help you find the right combination of care, and adjust as your teen grows.
