These appointments will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to diagnose and treat any underlying psychiatric disorders. As a team, we will establish a treatment plan, which will involve medication and/or supplements, to alleviate mental health symptoms. Our treatment plan will also aim to improve every dimension of wellness through lifestyle modification. We will follow up with each other in clinic frequently until symptoms have been optimized, and you are feeling more whole, healthy, and complete.

These sessions will help you identify, understand, address, and overcome emotional difficulties through an integrated approach without medications. The goal will be to get to the root of your issues, rather than simply applying bandaids to your wounds, so that you experience sustained change. Throughout this journey, you will be simultaneously supported and challenged. You will be comforted and coached. At times, it will feel uncomfortable because true healing requires you to forsake your comfort zone. BUT it will all be so worth it! There will be consistent invitations to participate in your process more intentionally, and at greater depths, as time goes by. It is recommended to commit to therapy for at least six months because that’s when transformation really happens. Sessions are available for individuals, couples, and families.

These sessions are for parents who have recognized that their child needs more help, because what you’ve been trying doesn’t seem to be working. Maybe you feel like the teen in your home is no longer the one you knew and raised. You’ve been worried about losing them to the world, but you are determined to not give up on them. This package is designed to strategically identify core contributing factors to your child’s mental health challenges, as well as give you practical strategy to participate in the process of their transformation. And the best part is that, as parents, you will walk away more whole and healthy too! It’s a win, win. This package is recommended for the parents of any teen receiving psychiatric care, and is available to single parents as well. (Teens are not present during sessions.)
