If you do not have AETNA, BCBS or UNITED, then your services will be out-of-network. You will pay for the appointment privately (self-pay) and we can provide you a superbill upon request.

Counseling/Therapy
These sessions will help you address and overcome emotional difficulties through an integrated approach without medications. Sessions are available for individuals, couples, and families.

These sessions will help you develop into the amazing woman you were designed to be, so that you can finally THRIVE in your purpose and change the world! We will develop an individualized plan to help you heal from anything that is hindering your growth, while building foundations to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. You will be on a journey of confidence and excellence, which is so beautiful.

Psychiatry/Medication Management
These sessions will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to diagnose any underlying psychiatric disorders. As a team, we will come up with a treatment plan, that involves medication, to alleviate mental health symptoms.
